For service professionals
Project Genie App lets participating professionals bid for project leads. The winning bidder gets exclusive access to that customer's contact details and project information — not a shared lead list.

How we vet professionals
A simple auction workflow for leads — not a job guarantee.
Project Genie handles routine projects and emergencies differently, so you know what to expect from each kind of job.
Customers post a project for free. Participating professionals who selected that category can bid for the lead, placing bids manually or using the auto-bid feature. The winning bidder receives the customer’s contact details and project information.
For urgent (911-tagged) services, Genie 911 skips the bidding process. The customer is connected directly with the next available local professional, so there is no auction to wait on.

The practical difference is who else sees the customer. This comparison describes the two models, not any specific competitor.
